Responsibilities
- Review and verify customer invoices for accuracy and completeness before posting.
- Process incoming payments and reconcile bank statements on a weekly basis.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in the billing software and general ledger.
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze trends to identify potential revenue issues.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to minimize outstanding accounts.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
