Responsibilities
- Process and post invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure timely revenue recognition.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments through professional communication channels.
- Reconcile monthly billing statements and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external clients.
- Maintain and update customer billing records in our ERP system (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Generate and distribute monthly billing reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits and ad-hoc billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required).
- Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors in large datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
