Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Cash checks and verify signatures in compliance with bank regulations.
- Open new checking and savings accounts for customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide top-tier customer service.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to meet client financial goals.
- Assist in balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all security and compliance policies (e.g., BSA/AML).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with precision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Must pass a background check and obtain necessary banking licenses.
