We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records, calculate deductions, and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and file federal/state tax forms (941s, 940s, state unemployment)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and voluntary benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and assist in quarterly/annual audits
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding and benefits administration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Strong understanding of FLSA, garnishment laws, and IRS regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and attention to detail
- PHR certification preferred but not required
