Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Verify checks and documents for authenticity and compliance with bank regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and account issues with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and balance terminal reports at the end of each shift.
- Introduce and cross-sell banking products to enhance customer relationships.
- Adhere to strict security protocols to safeguard bank assets and customer information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or banking certification is a plus.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
