- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and efficiency
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Uphold strict compliance protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and branch security standards
- Collaborate with wealth management and business banking teams for complex client needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Tennessee state banking license or willingness to obtain
