Responsibilities
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries or transactions.
- Cross-sell bank products such as CDs, IRAs, and credit cards to meet branch goals.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal and state banking regulations and compliance policies.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in banking, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong math skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
