Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify and reconcile timecards, deductions, and garnishments
- Prepare and distribute payroll tax filings (federal, state, local)
- Manage new hire onboarding for payroll documentation
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
- Conduct annual payroll audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and deductions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or similar HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with federal/state payroll tax regulations (FLSA, FICA)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPP certification preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
