Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations including CA labor laws
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Support HR initiatives including new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong understanding of FLSA, CA overtime, and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
