Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance procedures, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
