Responsibilities
- Cash checks, process loans, and handle cash deposits efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with safe deposit boxes.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
