Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products, such as savings accounts, CDs, and loans, to meet customer financial goals.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal security procedures.
- Balance cash drawers daily and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe branch environment.
- Collaborate with the branch manager to achieve sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
