Your Mission:
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our brand. You will handle financial transactions with precision while ensuring every customer feels valued and understood.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to build lasting relationships.
- Cash checks, verify identification, and maintain strict adherence to compliance and security protocols.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Identify and recommend financial products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist with teller line duties, including cashing checks and answering general inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in cash handling or customer service (banking experience preferred).
- Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
