Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and answer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Monitor vault cash levels and reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Background check and fingerprinting required for compliance.
