Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and banking products
- Balance cash drawer and transactions daily to maintain audit compliance
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Assist with new account applications and documentation
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
