Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and answer inquiries regarding accounts and services.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products, such as CDs, IRAs, and credit cards, to meet sales goals.
- Identify and report potential fraud or suspicious activity in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Federal background check and credit check clearance.
