Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) and cash handling systems with precision.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Assist with new account openings and account maintenance.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or prior banking experience is a plus.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in math and data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
