Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and resolving account inquiries efficiently.
- Open new checking and savings accounts while explaining product features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch goals.
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and compliance regulations to prevent fraud and errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to count cash and handle large sums accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a financial institution.
