Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
- Open and close bank accounts and assist in the sales of financial products and services.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards (BSA/AML).
- Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Operate standard office equipment, including cash registers and ATMs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude considered).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
