Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals, with the highest level of accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and educating clients on our products and services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote savings accounts, CDs, and loan products.
- Adhere to all bank security policies, compliance regulations, and operational procedures.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
