Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Greet all customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet and exceed their financial needs.
- Perform daily cash balancing, vault management, and end-of-day settlement procedures.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities to offer savings accounts, credit cards, and investment products.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, account maintenance, and resolving service issues professionally.
- Adhere strictly to all bank security policies, Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Previous cash handling experience and customer service background is highly preferred.
- Strong math skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and banking software.
