Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, using our state-of-the-art banking systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as credit cards and savings accounts, to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby appearance and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or banking experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash and financial data with 100% accuracy.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience in a retail or banking environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check (bondable).
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and banking software is a plus.
