As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our branch, responsible for building relationships and ensuring our members' financial needs are met with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and bill payments with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Cross-sell financial products and services to meet both customer needs and branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and account issues with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with opening new accounts and explaining banking procedures to members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
