Job Summary
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of Horizon Community Bank, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Cash checks and process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in opening new checking and savings accounts for new and existing customers.
- Adhere to all bank policies, security regulations, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
