Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Open new accounts and explain bank products and services to clients effectively.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services to meet customer needs.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
