Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Open and close bank accounts, assist with account inquiries, and explain complex banking products in simple terms.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals and customer needs.
- Maintain the vault, ATM, and teller workstation, ensuring all cash balances are accurate and secure.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to bank compliance and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (cash bags/boxes).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bank software systems.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
