As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships with customers and ensuring their financial needs are met with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance the banking experience.
- Handle cash and check handling with strict adherence to bank policies and security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile daily work.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
