Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Balance cash drawers and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and explain banking products and services.
- Handle cash handling and balancing with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous banking or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with banking software and POS systems is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
