Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account inquiries.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet sales goals.
- Monitor vault cash and ensure daily reconciliation is completed on time.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or cashier is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software.
