Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to help customers grow their wealth.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain strict adherence to security policies and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Assist with opening new accounts and completing necessary paperwork.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle large sums of cash with precision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bank teller software.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
- Background check and credit check required.
