Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Process cash and check transactions accurately and efficiently with a high degree of integrity.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products and services.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of banking software.
