Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Identify opportunities to promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining service excellence standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Utilize banking software to maintain accurate customer records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient with basic computer applications and banking systems
