Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries promptly.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Ensure the security of the branch by following all security protocols and identifying suspicious activities.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including balancing the cash drawer and maintaining the lobby.
- Update customer records in the core banking system accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic proficiency with computer applications and banking software.
