Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and financial product awareness
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services while maintaining compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions according to bank protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel
- Adhere to all security protocols and regulatory requirements including BSA/AML guidelines
- Contribute to branch operational excellence through teamwork and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Must pass background check and credit verification
