Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Deliver exceptional member service through personalized financial guidance
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation reports
- Actively promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
- Resolve account inquiries and discrepancies efficiently
- Uphold strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with financial regulations preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
