Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Uphold strict compliance with federal regulations and security protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit/debit products and services
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions accurately
- Collaborate with branch leadership to enhance service efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record in customer relationship management
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- CA Notary Public certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency highly desirable
- Pass background check and credit screening
