Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and problem-solving
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products/services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Assist clients with digital banking tools and account inquiries
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve team goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling/customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English/Spanish
- Proficiency with basic banking software and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and FINRA registration requirements
