Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues to branch management
- Actively promote bank products and services to support customer financial goals
- Maintain clean and organized branch workspace to ensure optimal customer experience
- Participate in branch security training and emergency preparedness drills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash-handling role
- Proficiency with basic arithmetic and financial software systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Availability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
