Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Verify checks and cash for accuracy and endorse checks.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
- Assist in opening new accounts and completing required KYC paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with banking software and computer systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to obtain a Notary Public commission (if applicable).
