Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Cross-sell banking products while maintaining compliance
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily reports
- Uphold strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Collaborate with branch managers on customer retention
- Participate in quarterly branch sales goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification preferred (will train)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Notary public certification a plus
