Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals and enhance customer relationships.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all security and compliance protocols.
- Assist in opening new accounts and guiding customers through the application process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform mental calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Windows, MS Office).
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
