Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments for customers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate cash drawers, balance daily transactions, and reconcile daily work.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend bank products such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards.
- Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
- Documentation: Properly complete and maintain all necessary forms, reports, and customer records.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle money responsibly with high ethical standards.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
