Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all bank security policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle large sums of money accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment with a positive attitude.
