Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict audit compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Operate teller systems and ATM functions while maintaining security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
- Contribute to branch success by achieving monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and financial systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math and problem-solving aptitude
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
