Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized financial guidance and problem resolution
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to all security protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
- Assist with ATM operations and night deposits as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
