Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Deliver personalized financial consultations to retail and small business clients
- Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and solutions-oriented mindset
- Cross-sell banking products including credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Maintain meticulous cash drawer reconciliation and fraud detection procedures
- Train junior tellers on new technologies and compliance updates
- Contribute to branch performance metrics through customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail banking or cash handling experience
- Proven ability to maintain 100% audit compliance in transaction processing
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred (training provided)
- Advanced proficiency in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse client demographics
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field strongly preferred
- Notable achievements in sales metrics or customer satisfaction scores
