Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Enterprise system
- Manage garnishment deductions and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within 24-hour SLA
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2/1099 documentation
- Collaborate with HR on benefit deductions and leave-of-absence calculations
- Implement process improvements using Power BI reporting tools
- Serve as primary payroll liaison for employee inquiries and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Enterprise certification or equivalent SaaS platform expertise
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Proven track record in payroll audit and reconciliation
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania labor laws and DOL requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving with attention to detail
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required
