Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build trust by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM balancing procedures while adhering to security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Actively participate in branch sales initiatives to meet growth targets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
