Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service while accurately handling cash and balancing daily transactions
- Identify and cross-sell bank products/services based on customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Support branch operations through accurate record-keeping and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
