Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers daily and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and mobile app navigation
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve cross-selling targets
- Participate in community outreach events to enhance bank visibility
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in retail or financial services
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Basic knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations
